The Neighborhood Project is a collaborative initiative of BPC members to document the unique neighborhoods of the metropolitan Boston area: their people, their places, and their personalities that enrich our sense of community and give us our identity.
Participants tossed aside frames and gallery space to bring photography to the Boston Public Garden.
Our 5th Annual Boston Public Garden Photo Installation, held live on August 14th and 28th,, featured a variety of gorgeous flower images, from studio-shot still lifes to macros, and beyond.
The Masters' Series was created to bring the stories and experience of respected professional photographers to the BPC.
Harvey Stein, Henry Horenstein, Michel Tcherevkoff, and Lou Jones addressed members in a special four part workshop series.
The collaborative environment of the BPC provides a place for professional and amateur photographers to learn from one another.
Basic photography techniques, Photoshop lessons, and trips to Cape Cod and New York City are offered each year.
Check the meetup calendar for our schedule of upcoming meetings.
